Business and Technical Experience
As a child, I disassembled all of my toys to see how they work. My curiosity continues to this day. I have created computerized products from sketches on napkins to production, and then on to training the clients to use them. With only $500, I bootstrapped a managed service provider that became an unstoppable, Multi-Million-Dollar Leader in IT by equipping businesses for profitable growth. I have an innate desire to improve everything I touch. I see things not as they are, but as they should be. With nearly 40 years of experience and training, I have the ability to navigate around icebergs and potholes and shorten your path to "First Place".
As an MSP Founder and CEO for 23 years, I have extensive experience in the MSP / MSSP space. I am not only passionate about helping MSPs, but also improving the PSA and RMM tools for the betterment of the industry and ultimately the service and security offerings delivered to end users and their businesses.
